Join us for Pilates at the Museum, a special free community class hosted by The Lab Training Studio at the National Museum of African American Music.
We’re bringing movement, community, and good energy into one of Nashville’s most iconic spaces for a feel-good Pilates session designed for all fitness levels. Expect a low-impact, full-body workout focused on core strength, control, mobility, and intentional movement.
