Sangha Saturday yoga at The Lab is for those that miss the opportunity to practice yoga throughout the week and desire to connect with community. This class is an all skill levels class and made accessible through modifications and the use of props for beginners to regularly practicing yogis. This class is 75 minutes, limited mats available for use. Pre-registration is required.
Yoga
Regular student: Is defined as a student that takes classes regularly throughout the week or month at The Lab or yoga with Kennae Miller at The Lab. These students are typically in attendance to a minimum of one class a week and is verifiable through attendance records.
7 class pass: Is paid upfront and is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. Classes passes must be signed off by participating instructor and are ONLY valid for yoga classes at The Lab.
